Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, supporting reporting requirements, and assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, organize and transform data into information critical to forecasting processes
- Reconcile data received with operational deliverables provided to approve or identify corrective actions required
- Generate new and existing reporting to improve financial transparency, identify inefficiencies, streamline and automate initiatives, and support productivity.
- Analyze and manipulate data to provide insight for corporate needs as required.
- Communicate detailed financial information to business partners upon request
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various financial and reporting systems, namely Netsuite and OneStream
- Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial tools or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
