Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Associate to lead financial analysis and ensure smooth execution of our finance operations. You will work closely with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, organize and transform data into information critical to forecasting processes
- Reconcile data received with operational deliverables provided to approve or identify corrective actions required
- Generate new and existing reporting to improve financial transparency, identify inefficiencies, streamline and automate initiatives, and support productivity.
- Analyze and manipulate data to provide insight for corporate needs as required.
- Communicate detailed financial information to business partners upon request
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various financial and reporting systems, namely Netsuite and OneStream
- Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial operations or analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of financial tools, ERP systems, and automation technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
