Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing professional and effective solutions.
- Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and deliver seamless service.
- Prepare and deliver detailed account reports and summaries as required.
- Assist in account billing, payment processing, and resolving discrepancies.
- Work proactively to retain clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in account management software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
